When we decided to sell our house we invited 3 real estate agents to give us a price to sell. Julie was the first agent to come to see us. She was very informative and very professional. We immediately felt confident in her ability to sell our house. She was very easy to talk to that we felt like we had known her for a long time. I’m sure we made up our minds at that first meeting that she was the agent we were going to go with. She also gas us a definite price to sell, which was what we were looking for. That was the best advice that we needed to hear. We still had the other 2 real estate agents to see, who, were very nice but we didn’t have the same confidence in them and they never gave us that one price. Their quotes were from $**** to $*******. We are very satisfied with Julie and feel like she is doing a wonderful job that she doesn’t have to improve anything.
