As this has been my first property I have brought your agent Stuart has been more then helpful and has made the whole experience very easy and smooth.

This inquiry / purchase was actually the second time my Wife and I met Stuart. Previously was at another property in the region, one that we ended up not pursuing. I have to say at the first property he was faced with selling a ‘sows ear as a silk purse’ but to his credit, there was no BS, just understated delivery of the facts of the matter. Again with Pineridge, Stuart was quiet and understated, but had good knowledge and again, no BS. We thoroughly investigated the property and Stuart kept a discreet distance, but was available and well informed when we had a query. When it came to my offer, he was a straight shooter, loyal to the Vendor but realistic in our discussions / negotiations. He was genuine and sincere, kept us well updated, and met arranged timetables. My Wife and I have bought many properties over the years and have dealt with both ‘used house salesmen’ and ‘real estate agents’. Stuart is in the latter category, it was a pleasure to deal with him, and he is a credit to his Agency. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Selling my house after losing my husband in December was very daunting. It is the biggest thing I have done in my life without my partner. When we started to look for properties we looked with every agent in Moe. Somehow we kept coming back to Stuart.
