Market analysis shows the Moe real estate market is on the improve. The early spring weather has seen a moderate increase in buyer enquiry for houses and units listed for sale in Moe, Newborough, Trafalgar and Yallourn North whilst outer areas like Erica, Rawson and Willow Grove are seeing a small amount of interest from buyers.
Genuine house buyers are well and truly in the market and paying very good prices for the “right” property. Danny Edebohls Property Sales recently sold a residential home in Newborough for $500,000 and two farmlet properties at Moe South in the high $400,000 and mid $500,000 ranges.
The spring selling season is now upon us, so vendors should make the most of the “best time of the year to sell” whilst buyers have access to the lowest interest rates in history to help them enter the property market.
